It is difficult for one leader to change the culture of a church. Sustainable change happens when teams of leaders share in the ownership and understanding of the change they are leading. A 3DM Learning Community is a two-year journey where a team processes and helps lead change together within the context of their unique environment. It includes the content, consultation and coaching along with three-day immersion events every six months in community with other churches and leaders.
